Neymar moved to Paris Saint-Germain with lot of promise. It was the most expensive deal in the history of football as Parisian paid €222 million for the Brazilian star. PSG lured Neymar initially with their rich pockets coming from their Qatari owners, but they failed to motivate the Brazilian with the quality of football French domestic league (Ligue 1) offers. Within a short period of three months, we have seen a lot of drama surroundings Neymar’s activity and his transfer to Real Madrid become a possibility.

Neymar feels unmotivated at PSG

Marca reports, “It is no secret that Real Madrid and Neymar have been walking parallel to each other for the best part of a decade, and after his move to Paris Saint-Germain, it appears that the Brazilian joining Los Blancos is not quite the impossible dream many thought.”

Spanish news outlet adds, “Real Madrid tried to sign him multiple times during his Santos career. They thought their offer in 2013 was enough, it was even intimated that the Brazilian was set for a medical in the Spanish capital, however he chose Barcelona.”

But, it seems the ship has changed his direction and PSG move was a big blow for the Brazilian star. He is not happy with the quality of football French domestic competitions offer and he feels that he hasn’t been tested in most of the matches as per his talent.

Neymar moved to PSG with the hope of winning Ballon d’or and come out of Messi’s shadow. He arrived at Parc des Princes as special one and he is treated as King, and it soon causes problem for the cohesiveness of the team. His lavish style started bothering some of the players and coach Unai Emery is also not happy with Neymar’s behavior.

He had problem initially with senior player Edinson Cavani for taking penalties. He then started training alone, then there are reports he doesn’t like Unai Emery’s training method and latest inclusion is he skipped PSG’s 5-0 victory over Angers on weekend to keep himself fit for the Brazil’s upcoming friendlies against Japan and England.

However club manager Emery told media before the match day, “Neymar had a small blow to his muscle and didn’t feel well this morning. I spoke with the doctors and with him, and we decided it’s best if he stays in Paris.”

Negativity surroundings Neymar’s stay at PSG has turn out to be a drama and Real Madrid is making the most of it to land him at Santiago Bernabeu. However, PSG president Nasser Al Khelaifi has absolutely no interest in entertaining any offers for the world’s most expensive player, and his entourage always speaks of a minimum two years of stay at Parc des Princes.

But, anything can be possible in football and Neymar’s transfer to Real Madrid is a possibility at this moment. After missing out in 2006 and 2013, Real Madrid wouldn’t let Neymar slip by third time. There are reports that Neymar and his father met Real Madrid’s president Florentino Perez and Cristiano Ronaldo at FIFA’s “The Best Gala”. It will be practically impossible for Los Blancos to avail the Brazilian services in near future, but they must be planning to secretly acquire his services.
