However, Bibiano Fernandes side deserves full credit for their defensive solidarity. They minimized the damage against a great South Korean team who have scored 12 goals in their last three outings. They did concede a goal, but that was unfortunate.
India U-16 team will learn from their experiences at AFC U-16 championship. Neeraj kumar has really turned into a star at the age of 16 and he’s definitely a future of Indian football.
Bibiano Fernandes is also proud of his boys’ display at the tournament. He said, “Really proud of my boys! We have showed that we are not in AFC U-16 quarterfinals by fluke. We tried our best to score. I’m happy with the team’s performance.”
