Real Madrid’s emerging stars earned themselves a reputation to force BBC exit

BBC (Bale, Benzema & Cristiano Ronaldo) ruled as striking trio for Real Madrid for last four seasons. Los Blancos enjoyed a tremendous success as trio clicked together for four seasons claiming three Uefa Champions League trophies, a La Liga crown and Copa del Rey trophy. But, recent downfall of Ronaldo’s form, Benzema sidelined from pecking order, and Bale’s long list of injuries have allowed Real Madrid’s emerging stars to earn themselves a reputation to force BBC exit from Santiago Bernabeu.

Don Balon reports, “The leadership of Luso is in doubt from the beginning of this year when other players, such as Isco and Marco Asensio have taken control of the decline of the BBC. Benzema is not Benzema, Gareth Bale is missing in combat. To the Welsh, they affirm from within, nobody waits for him in Real.  In the team, more and more are pointing to Florentino Perez to pass the broom in the Real, a purge that point to the sacred cows and that has Cristiano Ronaldo in the spotlight.”

It also says,”Footballers such as those mentioned, Asensio and Isco, to whom Carvahal, Dani Ceballos and Nacho add, see Ronaldo’s departure as necessary evil.”

BBC no longer holds an importance for Real Madrid squad as new members of the squad have grabbed the spotlight. Real Madrid playing XI needs to be the world’s best and they already boast of the best midfield trio in Luka Modric, Toni Kroos and Casemiro. Their defensive work is already covered by Marcelo, Carvahal, Varane and Ramos along with Keylor Navas guarding the goal. It left front three to be a question mark in absence of BBC figure, which has been the case in recent months.

Marco Asensio and Isco have done a tremendous job to fill in the boots of likes of BBC trio, and it’s a warning sign for the trio. The time has come for them to say goodbye to their playing career at Real Madrid.
