Rhian Webster is going to be England’s new star

England U-17 Wolrd Cup hero Rhian Brewster is the talk of the town. Liverpool’s teenager has scored consecutive hat-trick to lead his team to the final of the U-17 World Cup final. He was the star man against USA in quarterfinal grabbing a hat-trick in 4-1, and here again against Brazil in the semifinal youngster grabbed hat-trick in 3-1 victory.

Brewster opened the account for the Three Lions in Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata to hear the roar within 10 minutes of play. Callum Hudson-Odoi came up with the assist as he whipped a cross from left wing. Brewster connects well with the cross, but his first effort was saved only to be tapped by him in rebound.

Well you can’t expect Brazil to be trailing long enough. Wesley David de Oliveira Andrade scored an easy goal for Brazil to level the terms in 21st minute, after Paulinho’s initial shot was blocked by Curtis Anderson.

Brazil had the chance to put more pressure on the first time semifinalists after leveling the game up, but they soon lose their grip with some poor defending. It helped Brewster grab his second of the evening and gave England their lead back. A brilliant cross from the right along the ground beats four Brazilian players to connect Brewster’s foot and teenager awkwardly finds the ball into the roof of the net.

Brewster’s luck didn’t end here as he became the first to grab hat-trick in quarterfinal and semifinal both. Phil Foden jinxed his way through the Brazilian defence on right and passed a perfect cross for Brewster. He made no mistake to smash the ball into the net to find his second consecutive hat-trick.

England will now play Spain in the final on Saturday and we hope to see another scintillating performance from Rhian Brewster. May be a hat-trick of hat-trick will be an unique accomplishment in itself which Liverpool teenager will cherish for life time.
