Messi assisted early on in 10’ minutes of the game played by a fine pass from debutant Andre Gomes to Arda Turan to score. In the meanwhile, another Barcelona debutant Samuel Umtiti made a mistake of handball in Barca penalty area, which costs Barcelona penalty but a good save from Bravo kept the danger away or you can say a poor penalty deserved to be saved.
Second-half starts and Turan didn’t delay to give Barca another lead. He latched the ball into top corner which came to his way after Munir strikes got cleared. Turan had a chance to grab his hat-trick, but he put Messi’s pass over the bar, thinking off a chipping in 55th minute. Messi made it 3-0 with his header, which came from Digne’s cross coming from the left.
Lucas Digne and Denis Suarez have already debuted for Barcelona coming from bench in first leg, with Mathieu and Iniesta injury. But, in 2nd leg Luis Enriue decided to test all of his young signings; Lucas Digne, Denis Suarez, Andre Gomes and Samuel Umtiti, knowing he has already won SuperCopa de Espana (Spanish Super Cup) with 2-0 lead from first leg.

Knowing that match is already in Barcelona hands, Suarez, Rakitic, Roberto and Pique got rested due to upcoming fixture on Saturday against Real Betis in LaLiga opener. Aleix vidal and Munir El Haddadi also got featured in starting lineup. It’s good to see Munir, Sunday’s match goal scorer find his place in starting lineup whose future is not so certain in Barcelona due to Barcelona’s bidding rumours for Paco Alcacer as fourth striking option.
